What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. This includes structural integrity issues, premature deterioration of materials, and malfunctioning of installed systems and components that were provided by BubbleBliss.

What's Not Covered

• Damage resulting from improper use, abuse, or neglect
• Damage caused by extreme weather events beyond design specifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage during transportation if not installed by BubbleBliss
• Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
• Damage caused by improper maintenance

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Warranty Transfers

Our standard warranty is transferable to new owners if the property is sold. The warranty period continues from the original purchase date, not from the date of transfer. To transfer warranty coverage, the new owner must contact BubbleBliss within 30 days of property transfer.

Do I need to register my product for warranty coverage?

Yes, we recommend registering your product within 30 days of installation to ensure seamless warranty service. However, your warranty is still valid with proof of purchase even if not registered.

What documentation should I keep for warranty purposes?

Please keep your original purchase receipt, installation documentation, and any maintenance records. These will be required when making a warranty claim.

Does the warranty cover labor costs for repairs?

Yes, our warranty covers both parts and labor for repairs within the warranty period, provided the work is performed by BubbleBliss authorized technicians.

Can I purchase an extended warranty after my initial purchase?
